A: Collins Creek Landing is another “custom estate” community here in Prince Creek with a focus on boating. It has it’s own community dock and landing that provides access to the Waccamaw River and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is also a gated community and features some of the only creek front lots in Prince Creek.
A: Yes. In Collins Creek Landing, the homes on the creek must be at least 2,750 SF, but no larger than 6,000 SF. Homes off the creek must be at least 2,250 SF, but no larger than 6,000 SF. Any home with two stories requires at least 1,750 on the main floor.
A: Many traditionally southern architectural styles are acceptable, such as Georgian, Colonial, Plantation, Raised Low Country, and Provincial. No Contemporary designs are permitted.
A: You may hold onto your home site without building on it for as long as you desire. When you decide to build, a selection of “preferred” builders is available for your convenience, or you may choose your own builder.
A: The homeowner’s dues provide for security, private roads, street lighting, trash removal, and common area maintenance. The monthly fee is $165.00.

A: Trash pick-up is on Mondays. Remember to screen your trash can after trash pick-up.
A: All construction activities must be conducted and all deliveries must be made within the following work day/hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.; Saturday 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.; Sunday 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. “Quiet Work” Only. No work or deliveries to be conducted on the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas..
